This cohort study investigates the outcomes of sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitor (SGLT-2i) and glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist (GLP-1RA) therapy among patients with type 2 diabetes in South Korea, by the presence or absence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). This evidence concerns the gene GLP1R and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
