In the current study, we found that Egr2 deletion in B6/lpr mice significantly reduced the expression of DNA methylation–sensitive Dlk1-Dio3 miRNAs, which are upregulated and implicated in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases such as lupus and MS (3, 19, 36, 48). The gene discussed is DLK1; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
