CD274 and endometrial cancer: Zong et al. studied 839 endometrial cancer patient tissues and found that 76.6% of ICs and 6.8% of TCs expressed VISTA, and that IC VISTA positivity was more common in FIGO stage I–III, PD-L1-positive, and DNA polymerase epsilon mutated (POLEmut) and mismatch repair-deficient types of endometrial cancer, and also positively correlated with recurrence-free survival in endometrial cancer patients [43].
