FANCD2 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Another study showed that four ferroptosis‐related genes (i.e., FANCD2, CS, CISD1, and SLC1A5) were positively associated with the progression of HBV‐HCC, of which higher expression levels of SLC1A5 were associated with tumor progression, immunosuppression, and poorer prognosis in patients with HBV‐HCC.24
