In contrast, there was an association between Lyn expression levels as measured by RNAseq in whole-tumour lysates and tumour-doubling time (tumours with higher overall Lyn expression grew more slowly; Fig. 4E), and when tumours were grouped in an unsupervised manner on the basis of RNAseq data, there was also a correlation with doubling time (Fig. 5D). This evidence concerns the gene LYN and neoplasm.
