In our study, we identified highly specific and active transcription factor regulatory networks in cancer stem cell-like B cells subset that were predominantly regulated by the three highly expressed transcription factors: SAP30, HGMB3, and E2F8. Our results revealed that these transcription factors could potentially serve as dependable indicators of the infiltration abundance and transcriptional characteristics of cluster 4 to a certain extent. The gene discussed is SAP30; the disease is cancer.
