ASXL1mt in myeloid neoplasms were considered to be ubiquitously accompanied by mutations of RUNX1, SRSF2, STAG2, NRAS, or IDH2, in addition to wild‐type NPM1 and FLT3,14, 21, 22, 28 which was aligned with the mutation profile in our cohort. This evidence concerns the gene STAG2 and myeloid neoplasm.
