The univariate analysis revealed that age (Odds Ratio [OR]: 1.021, 95% Confidence Interval [CI]: 1.01-1.04, P=0.011), diabetes (OR: 3.91, 95%CI:1.37-11.16, P=0.011), and CD4 count (OR: 0.13, 95%CI:0.03-0.54, P=0.005) were significantly associated with the LAM diagnostic results. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and lymphangioleiomyomatosis.
