Afterward, NTRK fusions were found with several partners in a wide diversity of cancer typologies: among the fusions involving NTRK1 are known the fusions with ROS Proto-Oncogene 1, Receptor Tyrosine Kinase (ROS1) and Lamin A/C (LMNA), involved in spitzoid neoplasms and in soft tissue sarcomas (STS), respectively (9).
