High levels of expression of CDK1 (p = 0.00022), TOP2A (p = 0.003), ASPM (p= 0.00072), BUB1 (p = 0.0012), NUSAP1 (p = 0.0067), CDC20 (p = 6.8E-06), DLGAP5 (p= 0.00049), BUB1B (p = 0.0031), and KIF20A (p = 0.0037) were found to be significantly associated with the OS in patients with liver cancer (p < 0.05); while CCNB2 (p = 0.053) expression was not relevant to survival, as shown in Figure 7A. This evidence concerns the gene ASPM and liver cancer.
