The IL-4/IL-13/STAT6 pathway triggers the expression ofinflammatory chemokines and holds a central position in the pathophysiologyof allergic asthma, particularly with regard to bronchial hyper-responsiveness.19 Validation results revealed that phosphorylationlevels of JAK1 and STAT6 were higher in CD4+ T cells ofthe model group than in the control group. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and allergic asthma.
