To further examine the correlation among KLF14-induced S-phase arrest, promotion of CDK2 and CyclinA2 expression, and activation of the JNK pathway, we adopted a highly specific JNK-phosphorylation inhibitor (SP600125) or agonist (anisomycin) to treat cervical cancer cells in the following experiments. This evidence concerns the gene KLF14 and cervical carcinoma.
