When extracted mRNA from the cells of the different groups for qRT-PCR, we observed that the expression of CDK2 mRNA in the OE-KLF14 group was increased compared with the control group (PSiHa<0.001, PHeLa<0.001), indicating that KLF14 promoted the expression of CDK2 mRNA in cervical cancer cells (Figure 5B). This evidence concerns the gene CDK2 and cervical carcinoma.
