HK2 and polyostotic fibrous dysplasia: Consistent with the findings after PFD treatment, the protein expression of the critical glycolytic enzyme HK2 was decreased, and the expression of an EMT marker protein (E cadherin) was increased by LY2109761 treatment, as shown by western blotting; however, LY2109761 did not affect LDHA or GLUT1 expression (Figure 5C,D).
