We further performed western blotting to measure the protein expression of glycolysis‐related enzymes and found that the protein expression of the key glycolytic enzyme HK2 in H1299 cells was approximately fivefold that in A549 cells (Figure 1D) and significantly higher than that in the other five NSCLC cell lines in the absence of any intervention. Here, HK1 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
