The enrichment analysis of the KEGG pathway in this study indicated that the combination of Asarum and Angelica can regulate multiple signal pathways involving PTGS2, BCL2, AKT1, and others associated with AGE–RAGE, cancer, JAK/STAT, small cell lung, NF-κB, etc. This suggests that the Asarum–Angelica drug pair may be effective in treating periodontitis in diabetic patients. Here, NFKB1 is linked to periodontitis.
