CD24 and colorectal cancer: Protein extracted from PBLs was subjected to immunoblotting using anti-CD24 monoclonal antibodies, showing that the sensitivity and specificity of CD24 for distinguishing colorectal cancer from normal subjects were 70.5% (95% CI, 54.8–83.2%) and 83.8% (95% CI, 74.6–92.7%), respectively.
