TNNI3 and myocarditis: The application of these findings to clinical practice would involve the hypothesis that in other kinds of myocarditis with normal left ventricular ejection fraction but with subclinical left ventricular dysfunction shown by GLS and elevated hs-cTnI plasma levels, the impaired ventricular function might have a high recovery rate, as we have seen in this study with the SAR-CoV-2 virus.
