The results of the laboratory tests and the initial chest X-ray are presented in Table 1 and Figure 1A. At the time of arrival, moderately elevated values of C-reactive protein (CRP) and procalcitonin, thrombocytopenia, high values of fibrinogen and D-dimer, hypoproteinemia, hypoalbuminemia, increased urine specific gravity, and positive proteins in urine were observed. This evidence concerns the gene CRP and Hypoalbuminemia.
