CD4 and neoplasm: The immune cells respond by increasing phenotype 2 macrophages, mainly tumor-associated macrophages (M2s), regulatory T cells (Tregs), CD4-positive T helper cells (CD4+Ts), B cells (Bs), neutrophils (NEUs), T helper cells producing IL17 (Th17s), CD8-positive T cells producing IL17 (Tc17s), and decreased CD8-positive T cells (CD8+Ts), uterine natural killers (uNKs), and dendritic cells (DCs) [8] (Figure 3).
