Overall, when the clinical stages of patients were analyzed in breast invasive carcinoma (Table 2), the results indicated that the genes EFNA1, ROBO1, KLK6, LIMK2, KLK7, NLGN4X, MBP, and NEDD9 showed no significance at any stage in BRCA-Basal patients but were significantly (p < 0.001) higher in stages 3 and 4 for all BRCA patients and stage 4 for BRCA-LumA patients than in other clinical stages. This evidence concerns the gene EFNA1 and invasive breast carcinoma.
