These results have been replicated in a cohort of patients with resected stage I–III NSCLC, in which the population having high NLR and positive PD-L1 expression (≥1%) achieved significantly shorter DSF and OS compared to the rest of the cohort; these findings were further confirmed in a study conducted by Xia et al., which reported consistent results [112,123].
