CILP2 and glioblastoma: Finally, to evaluate the impact of CILP2 methylation levels on prognosis, we performed a KM analysis, which indicated that higher methylation levels of CILP2 were associated with decreased survival rates in various types of cancers, including esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCA), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), low-grade glioma (LGG), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), PAAD, sarcoma (SARC), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), and uveal melanoma (UVM) (Figure 2D and Figure S1A–J).
