The BRAF V600E mutation accounts for approximately 10% of all colorectal cancer [5], 2% of non-small cell lung cancer [6], 15.7% of all breast cancers [7], 50% of cutaneous melanoma and thyroid cancer [2], 6% of brain cancers [8], and 100% of hairy cell leukemia [9]. Here, BRAF is linked to colorectal cancer.
