Obicetrapib, a next-generation, oral, once-daily, low-dose CETP inhibitor under development for the treatment of dyslipidemia, cardiovascular risk, and Alzheimer’s disease, is reversing the tide of largely negative findings for CETP inhibition and is on the path towards being the first-in-class CETP inhibitor available for clinical use.
