A recombinant anti-IL-2R IT carrying deglycosylated dgRTA has obtained approval from the US Food and Drug Administration for the treatment in adults of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma [180], and several others are in clinical trials (Combotox, 3A1-dgRTA, IgG-HD37-dgA, Xomozyme-791, RTF-5-dgA, 260F9-rA, H65-RTA) [181,182,183]. This evidence concerns the gene IL2RA and primary cutaneous T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
