The MoCA-Ina score of each category against the clinical biomarkers revealed various results (Table 3); for example, HbA1c NGSP (R 0.256; p < 0.05) and cystatin C (R 0.266; p < 0.05) demonstrated a significant positive correlation with the MoCA-Ina score, whereas the SIRT1 levels demonstrated a significant negative correlation in the Severe-Moderate Cognitive Impairment group (R −0.502; p < 0.05).
