However, the administration of H2 appeared to alleviate this trend, as depicted in Figure 1G. Additionally, the Q-PCR results demonstrated a significant increase in MYH7, Nppa, and Nppb mRNA levels in the CIH group, which were subsequently reduced in the CIH+H2 group, as shown in Figure 1H. Taken together, these findings suggested that exposure to CIH led to myocardial hypertrophy, whereas the administration of H2 effectively mitigated the associated pathological damage.
