Figure 9B and Supplementary Table S7 show the relationship between TP53 expression and LAML, Glioma, BRCA, UVM, and RB. TP53 expression profiles are shown at single-cell levels in LAML, Glioma, BRCA, UVM, HNSC, OV, COAD, and RB using T-SNE diagrams (Figure 9C). These results suggest that TP53 may play a crucial role in the biological processes of cancer progression, including showing positive correlations with differentiation, metastasis, inflammation, proliferation, and quiescence, and negative correlations with DNA repair, DNA damage, cell cycle, and apoptosis.
