Therefore, this study explored the pan-cancer expression of TP53 based on public databases, mutation status, prognostic analysis, diagnostic receiver operating characteristic (ROC), immune infiltration, regulation of the expression of other transcription factors, and further analyses based on TP53 gene mutations, so as to better understand the function of TP53 in human cancers and obtain a more accurate prognosis prediction.
