ERBB2 and neoplasm: The survey asked which patients physicians would consider for treatment with 6 months of anti-HER2 therapy (Table 3); 76% (31/41) said patients who experience or are at risk of cardiotoxicity, 44% (18/41) said patients with specific barriers to treatment (travel time, etc.), 41% (17/41) said patients with lower-risk disease (e.g., tumor < 2 cm, minimal nodal disease), 39% (16/41) said patients who achieve a pathologic complete response (pCR) with neoadjuvant therapy, and 5% (2/41) said patients who receive maximal systemic chemotherapy.
