Therefore, we discovered that seven genes (TLN1, VCL, ENO1, CAP1, P4HB, GAPDH, and WDR1) were related to osteoporosis by the DisGeNet database, and nine genes (TLN1, VCL, ENO1, CAP1, P4HB, HSPA8, USP14, MSN, and CFL1) were associated with the cell membrane by UniProtKB_Cellular Components (Figure 1B). This evidence concerns the gene P4HB and osteoporosis.
