APOB and Huntington disease: Examining the correlation of cf-DNA in HD patients with clinical and laboratory parameters at baseline (Supplement Table S2), showed that both mt-cfDNA and nc-cfDNA were positively correlated with triglyceride (rs; 0.530; p = 0.011 and rs 0.432; p = 0.044), while total cfDNA and nc-cfDNA were both negatively correlated with Apo-B (rs −0.579; p = 0.005 and rs −0.437; p = 0.042).
