Compared with splenocytes from control mice, splenocytes from PTSD mice produced significantly increased levels of IFNγ (P<0.0001), IL2 (P<0.0001), IL6 (P<0.0001), TNFα (P<0.0001), RANTES (P<0.0001), MIG (P=0.0015), MIP1α (P<0.0001), MIP1β (P<0.0001), G-CSF (P=0.0003) and GM–CSF (P<0.0001) (Table 1).
