As AEP is involved in normal physiological processes and homeostasis, we administered intraperitoneal injections of anti-Tau N368 or anti-IgG antibody to hTau mice over a 14-day period of CRS and subsequently conducted behavioral tests (Figure 5A) to further validate the role of the Tau N368 fragment in the comorbidity of AD and depression.
