The result showed Tau N368 was also elevated in the hippocampus of APP/PS1-RS14 and 3xTg-RS14 mice (Figures 2P,Q), with similarly suppressed transactivation of PPAR-δ (Supplementary Figures S1A–D), indicating Tau N368-PPAR-δ axis is ubiquitous in AD mouse models. This evidence concerns the gene MAPT and Alzheimer disease.
