In this study, we further compared the mutational differences between high- and low-risk groups in 20 genes (TP53, CTNNB1, ALB, AXIN2, KEAP1, BAP1, NFE2L2, LZTR1, RB1, PIK3CA, KRAS, IL6ST, CDKN2A, ARID2, ARID1A, ACVR2A, NRAS, HISR1H1C, PTEN, and ERRFI1) that are predominantly mutated in HCC [25]. This evidence concerns the gene NRAS and hepatocellular carcinoma.
