Other mAbs for cancer therapy have been approved, including anti-PD-1 (nivolumab, pembrolizumab, and cemiplimab) and anti-PD-L1 (atezolizumab, durvalumab, and avelumab), with anti-tumor activity in several types of cancer, such as melanoma, lung cancer, Hodgkin lymphoma, metastatic anal cancer, cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, and breast cancer, among others (46, 49–53). Here, PDCD1 is linked to lung cancer.
