siRNA-mediated inhibition of WWP1 can significantly suppress tumor progression in many cancer types, such as breast cancer [41, 106–108], prostate cancer [40], HCC [109, 135], oral cancer [111], gastric cancer [110, 112], CRC [113, 114], osteosarcoma [115], PTC [116], CSCC [117], ICC [118] and AML [119].
