In addition, different findings has suggested that caspase 3, p53, and NF-κB are proteins that show potential as therapeutic targets in the development of new anticancer drugs against breast cancer, lung cancer, leukemia, lymphoma, colon cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, and hematologic malignancies like leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma [9, 15–18, 25, 26]. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and breast cancer.
