Cibersort immune cell analysis showed a higher degree of infiltration of Tregs cells in Class I, but a higher degree of infiltration of M1 macrophages, M2 macrophages, and activated DC cells in the Class II group (Figure 9A), suggesting a more pronounced microenvironmental immunosuppression in Class I. Using the ULCAN database, we found significant elevated methylation of HMOX1 in liver cancer (Figure 9B), and we found the expression of HMOX1 with the degree of methylation in different clinical stages (Figure 9C) and different pathological stages (Figure 9D). Here, HMOX1 is linked to liver cancer.
