Published studies have implicated that TLRs/NF-κB signaling pathway plays a crucial role in the development of certain autoimmune diseases, such as SSc, RA, and SS.[28, 29, 30] In addition, in the KEGG pathway analysis of this study, the differential gene also participated in Chemokine signaling pathway, IL-17 signaling pathway, TNF signaling pathway, transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) signaling pathway and other signaling pathways related to inflammation regulation. This evidence concerns the gene TGFB1 and rheumatoid arthritis.
