Duan et al. highlighted the proinflammatory effect of necroptosis contributing to the development of psoriasis, and necroptotic inhibitors (RIPK1 R-7-Cl-O-Necrostatin-1 (Nec-1 s) and MLKL-inhibitor necrosulfonamide (NSA)) could powerfully block IMQ-induced inflammatory responses [17]. Here, RIPK1 is linked to psoriasis.
