In the present study, we performed quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) to analyze the abundance of csi-miR-96-5p and western blotting (WB) to analyze the expression of PTEN in CS-ICC tissues and studied the molecular mechanism by which csi-miR-96-5p promotes ICC malignant transformation, providing new insights into the prevention and treatment of ICC. This evidence concerns the gene PTEN and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
