Further analysis of the different immune cells in breast cancer, the high level of STAT5A was positively related to the amount B cell, CD8 + /CD4 + T cell, Macrophage, neutrophil and dendritic cell in breast cancer, as well as in different subtypes of breast cancer (Fig. 1f), indicating the increased STAT5A has the potential to enhance tumor-related immune response.
