INS and cardiac hypertrophy: Pathways known to be involved in adipose tissue (white adipose tissue browning pathway and UVA‐Induced MAPK signalling), skeletal and cardiac muscle [androgen signalling, endothelin‐1 signalling, cardiac β‐adrenergic signalling (enhanced), and cardiac hypertrophy signalling], as well as metabolic processes (insulin secretion signalling, G‐protein coupled receptor (GPCR)‐mediated nutrient sensing in enteroendocrine cells) were significantly activated in UWL patient tumours (Figure 3, Table S1).
