Dysregulation of the CDK9 pathway has been observed in a variety of hematologic malignancies, including acute myelogenous leukemia (AML), chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small-cell lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBLC), and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), making it an attractive target for cancer therapies [2]. Here, CDK9 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
