The ratios of CD8+ T cells and CD4+ T cells in PanCK− stromal cells were negatively correlated with the existence of POSTN+ cells in the tumour regions (R = −.63, P = 3.5e−15; R = −.58, p < .0001; Figure 4G,H), suggesting that POSTN+ CAFs were associated with lower infiltration of T cells in NSCLC.
