POSTN and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Not only the abundance of POSTN+ CAFs predicted unfavorable overall survival in NSCLC patients (p = .028 & hazard ratios [HR] = 1.3, Figure 5F), high expression of POSTN was also significantly associated with worse survival in NSCLC (p = .003 & HR = 1.35, Figure 5G), as well as LUAD and LUSC cohorts (p = .034 & HR = 1.37; p = .01 & HR = 1.42; Figure 5H,I).
