Relative to the Ki-67 low expression group, the Ki-67 high expression group had no significant differences in T stage, seminal vesicle invasion and neutrophil count (all P > 0.05), but increased proportions of patients with PSA ≥ 20, Gleason score ≥ 8 and lymph node metastasis (all P < 0.05), reduced number of lymphocytes, and increased platelet count (all P < 0.05) (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene MKI67 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
