FACS analyses revealed that total intracellular G-CSFR protein expression was substantially reduced in ALKBH5-deficient dHL-60 cells during E. coli infection (Fig. 4A), consistent with our observation of decreased G-CSFR protein expression on the surface of neutrophils (Fig. 3H, I). This evidence concerns the gene ALKBH5 and escherichia coli infection.
