Wang et al. found that IATL can block the p38 MAPK signaling pathway, thereby inhibiting the NF-κB signaling pathway and inhibiting the translocation of NF-κB p65 to the nucleus, resulting in decreased activity of MMP-2 and MMP-9 and inhibiting the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer [36].
