To confirm whether STEAP4 inhibited cisplatin-induced chemotherapy through inhibiting PI3K/AKT pathway, we doubly knocked down AKT and STEAP4 in HCC cells, function analysis showed double knockdown of AKT, and STEAP4 promoted cisplatin-induced chemotherapy, suggesting STEAP4 inhibited cisplatin-induced chemotherapy through inhibiting PI3K/AKT pathway. Here, STEAP4 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
