They used next-generation sequencing technology to analyze the panel: In 24 cervical cancer patients, 18 of the 24 genes in the NGS cervical cancer group had mutations, including somatic changes in the mutant genes (ZFHX3-83%, KMT2C-79%, KMT2D-79%, NSD1-67%, ATM-38%, and RNF213-27%).
