The multivariate analysis showed that WBC (HR = 1.033; 95% CI; 1.021–1.045; p < 0.001), AST (HR = 1.027; 95% CI, 1.017–1.037; p < 0.001), CREA (HR = 1.001; 95% CI, 1.000–1.003; p = 0.027), CRP (HR = 1.011; 95% CI, 1.005–1.018; p = 0.001), and ENA positivity (HR = 2.477; 95% CI, 1.321–4.646; p = 0.005) were independent risk factors for the COVID-19 patients’ prognosis (Table 3).
